Monty Humble, Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Humble serves as counsel to Alston & Bird, and he is also an adjunct professor at The University of Texas School of Law where he teaches federal renewable energy policy. He was most recently senior vice president and general counsel for a renewable energy company owned by T. Boone Pickens, where he also served as a lobbyist for the Pickens Plan. Previously, Mr. Humble was a partner at Vinson & Elkins where he headed the firm’s public policy group. He has also served as the president of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
